We celebrate our 65th year in business this year. Yes, proud to say that from 1956 to this day our USDA Aged Beef is locally grown just north of town near Bigelow Gulch to ensure freshness. Our prices remain modestly low and our quality high. Wild game processing is one of our specialties and over the years we have come to count many area hunters among our dear friends, some representing generations of patronage.
Ours has always been a family affair and there won’t be any change in the way we do things and the tradition that binds us.
You may not know that we are the only business in Spokane that does side and quarters of beef and that we use carcass beef for all orders. When you purchase a side we include 6 months of locker space at no charge. We began featuring IQF Berries a few years back, IQF meaning Individually Quick Frozen. There are huckleberries, strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries and pie cherries. Recommend you call us for the latest inventory and pricing.
Don’t forget we carry pork and poultry too; in fact, there isn’t much we don’t have in the way of meat. We happily honor the Quest Card, Visa and Mastercard. Other services include knife and scissor sharpening, sausage made from your product, custom cutting, processing and wrapping and of course our frozen food lockers.

Dry-aged Beef
Dry-aging enhances beef flavor and tenderness. It is a lost art and we at Crown Foods are very proud to be the only processing source in the area. Our beef is locally grown in north Spokane in the Bigelow Gulch area to assure freshness and direct quality control.
Wild Game Processing
We take great pride in serving hunters throughout the northwest since we first opened our doors. We accept any game but at this time we are requesting the meat be deboned please. Your game is individually cut and wrapped to your specifications.
Knife Sharpening
A sharp knife will ensure easier cutting and protect your meat. Knife sharpening is a service we provide all year long. We sharpen all kinds and sizes of knives. We even can sharpen scissors!
